Some members of the Group at the IFC

Scouts Return from the IFC

A group of our Scouts and Leaders took part in the International Friendship Camp in August mixing with Scouts from around the world. Photos from the camp will be on the website shortly.

Awards for Leaders/Supporters

Several of our Leaders and Supporters have recently received awards for the work that they put into the Group. Graham Baddeley our former GSL was given the Award for Merit and our Chairman Linda Baddeley received her 25 year Long Service Award. Assistant Group Scout Leader Stephen Baddeley also received his Long Service Award for 15 years as a Leader and was given the Award for Merit. Vicky Mountford our current Group Scout Leader was awarded the Chief Scouts Commendation for Good Service.

Welcome to the new look group website. I thought it was time for a bit of a change to the format and wanted to try out some new ideas. I’ve also got some new software so hopefully we can do a little bit more with the
